  If you want unfussy food that is absolutely mouthwatering, as well as great service with a manageable price tag I highly recommend using Plemmons. They catered our wedding of about 60 people in the Santa Ynez Valley and it was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the food - and neither could my guests. They do Santa Maria-style BBQ perfectly and with sides like homemade jalapeno mac and cheese and pinquito beans, you will be more than satisfied. There was something for everyone.
