  Horrible!!
  I had an appointment and hour ago and i am still waiting to be seen. You make and appointment and expect to be seen at that time and the maximum wait should be 15 minutes not an hour.

  Extremely unprofessional, twice I've had appointments and had to change them via phone, and both times when I came in for my appointment they told me that it wasn't ever saved into the computer. Maybe if people were more organized and actually did their job, people wouldn't have a problem. Never again will I return to such a disorganized place.
