  I contacted Oliphant Plastering and asked for an estimate on an interior resurfacing job. He scheduled an appointment, and came to look at the job. I gave him my email and he said he'd email me an estimate the following night. I waited several days, didn't receive an estimate, so I called for the estimate. I was told it would be sent soon. Waited several more days, still no estimate. Called a third time, and was told it would be sent soon. That was 2 weeks ago, and never got an estimate. Would not recommend.
