  Our insurance company recommended another company to help us with some plumbing issues and water damage but they never called us back after the initial contact when we thought they would contact us within two hours. We had to call them back. We called NEW LIFE RESTORATION after waiting a few hours to hear from the other company and they sent Cory Johnson out right away. This was around 9 pm on a Saturday evening. Cory had a great attitude when he arrived and quickly accessed the situation and got the necessary equipment ready to resolve our water damage problem before it got out of hand. He even helped try and pinpoint where the water was coming from. He was extremely courteous and very professional, the best we have ever worked with. He explained all the issues he found, every step of the way. He was very conscientious and followed up for several days on the drying process until the equipment was removed. He patiently answered all our questions and was available after hours for any questions we had. We will definitely contact NEW LIFE RESTORATION again for the rest of the restoration process. Awesome job!!
