  Front office staff has made it very difficult for me to continue my care with this dental group, Friendly Smiles Dental. I have had many issues regarding duplicate claims to my insurance companies regarding treatment and have been double billed for the same procedures. The office manager Tina is very unprofessional and does not have the expertise to correctly bill double insurance carriers. The dentist exams you and then the front office staff comes in and tries to have you agree and sign for treatment plans not matching what the dentist has just advised. I have been billed up front for treatment plans which are clearly covered under my insurance plans.When I decided I had enough and wanted to speak to the Dental Group's owner and head dentist, I was told that the owner did not want to speak to me about these matters by Tina, the office manager even after arrangement were made to meet and speak to the owner in person. I truly should have read the reviews of this Dental Group prior to receiving care!

  Extremely poor customer service. My family is new to Delta Dental and we were assigned Friendly Smiles as our primary. We received our cards on 11/15 (effective 11/01) so I called them to make an appointment. The receptionist tells me I'm not on their list. I read their facilities number to her, and assure her that their name is on my paperwork. She repeats "you're not on our list". Real customer service means being proactive and saying "let me find out why you're not on our list". Called Delta and changed dentists.

  They forgot about me in the chair and left to lunch. After 45 mins I went to the front desk and the receptionist was shocked. It wasn't until I left that I looked up the reviews, which were awful. Never again.
