  I only gave 4 stars because I called ahead of time to see if there were Nike Rosche shoes in a certain size and the lady rudely said, "Let me check," then quickly asked what color. I told her and she said, "Oh, we no longer carry that shoe!" I was just in the store 3 days before and the wall was stocked heavily with multiple colors, including the color I asked for. Where the sales xounter is, the shoes are totally visible. So I decided to go and check anyway since they were for my daughter's birthday and she reallly wanted this shoe. I walked in and the lovely associate (Sorry but I can't recall her name) was so helpful and not only did I purchase the exact shoe for my daughter that supposedly they no longer carry, but I purchased a pair for myself!! I made them aware of it and heard the rude one, with the dyed blond hair, getting short with a customer and I knew her voice right away. Thank goodness I drove there to check or would have to wait for this shoe to be shipped from Nike. I have always liked this store but that associate probably should not be in customer service. Not only was she rude but she has probably cost the company a lot of money by being too lazy to look for a shoe from a potential paying customer.
