  worst ever, went into showroom looking for carpet, salesperson helping us was told by non salespeople to answer quick question for another customer, so non sales people took over and could not answer any questions we asked, and the quick question by the other customers turned into more time, after the guessing answers by the person helping us we decided to leave and go elsewhere
