  A lot of roaches, too expensive. The price that they are asking for is meant for a gated community with a pool, but they are not a gated community and no pool. No place for kids to play other than. The streets or parking lot. There is no storage unit. You have to PAY for the parking. Stalkers are lurking around. Unsafe. Deadbolts have been removed from all doors. Really unsafe and too expensive.
